Exploring the boundaries between film, art and time.
Slowstories are a series of looped, time-based works presented as physical objects, screens embedded within custom frames, produced in limited editions. Rather than functioning as conventional video, each piece operates as a time-based painting: a self-contained scene without beginning or end, unfolding in a seamless loop. Through subtle stop-motion animation, the works explore duration, stillness, and perception, offering an alternative to the pace of everyday image consumption. Installed off-grid and isolated from external input, Slowstories invite a slower, more contemplative mode of viewing, one that allows the viewer to drift, linger, and construct their own narrative.
